The Wellness Coach Slack App is here! You can now seamlessly connect your workplace Slack instance with Wellness Coach for daily meditations, inspirational quotes, mindfulness sessions. quick desk stretches, water break reminders, and more — all directly within Slack. This new feature will make it easier than ever to introduce mindfulness to your remote team.
