This month, our team launched the new and improved Wellness Coach app on all platforms! We’ve implemented a variety of exciting updates in order to enhance the in-app experience for our community. 

New Wellness Coach App Features 

New Home Screen 

We’ve created a much simpler interface to the app’s homepage, including quick links to some of our more popular features like yoga sessions, sleep music, and recently viewed classes.

Breathing Bubble: Many people underestimate the benefits of taking a break to just breathe deeply. Practicing breath management has been scientifically proven to reduce stress, decrease pain, and promote an overall sense of calm. 

The Breathing Bubble is a self-guided tool containing three breathing exercises designed to help you relax, focus, or unwind. Simply select the option that fits your current needs, set a timer – anywhere from one minute to infinity – and take a moment to breathe. All three exercises are accompanied by soothing background music and can be done with your eyes open or closed.  Breathing BubbleBreathing Bubble

New Explore Section: We’ve made it easier to search for the class that’s right for you with the Explore feature. View trending classes that are popular with other Wellness Coach users, or browse by category to find something that fits your interests. You can also select ‘Browse All’ to view the full library of mind, body, and sleep classes available through the app. Keep an eye out for a search bar feature coming soon as well!

New Tab Bar: You’ll notice a new footer at the bottom of your screen, allowing you to quickly navigate from anywhere in the app. This includes a dedicated button for Live Classes, making it easier to jump right into a session.

New Audiobook: Enterprise users will now have access to the bestselling book, How Remarkable Women Lead: The Breakthrough Model For Work and Life, written by author Joanna Barsh. This collection of personal stories and anecdotes from women leaders breaks down the five areas of Centered Leadership and the links between joy, happiness, and distinctive performance.
