Being a mom is rewarding, but can also be, well, stressful! Long sleepless nights, worrying about everything, Sometimes mom (or any parent) needs a moment for herself... a mindful moment. 

A recent study has shown that nursing moms saw a significant boost in their mental well-being after eight-weeks of practicing mindfulness. Mothers reported on improvements in maternal self-efficacy, life satisfaction, less psychological distress, a boost in happiness and more. 

So when you're thinking of what to give your mom this mother's day, forget the flowers. Give your mom a Momtra!
